Tinnitus Preceding Tachycardia and Syncope

The main presenting symptoms of supraventricular tachycardia are palpitation (including pulsation in the neck), chest discomfort, syncope, dyspnea, hyperventilation, lightheadedness and anxiety. Less frequently symptoms such as chest pain, diaphoresis, nausea and syncope are observed in supraventricular tachycardia. Occasionally they may have no symptoms [1,2].
